We know that they are good for the intestinal microflora, but when is better to ingest them, at the digestion process or with the empty stomach?

One Response to “Probiotics, When Do They Are More Effective?after The Food Or Previously?”
  1. Daniel says:

Take them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Stomach acid kills off a certain percentage of them and you want to get them passed safely from the stomach and into the intestinal tract. Drink a full glass of water with it to help dilute the stomach acid and to wash it beyond the stomach, wait 20 minutes before eaching your first solid food.
