For Crf Cats Has Anyone Tried Using Probiotics?

I thought the probiotics were used to restore good bacteria to the intestinal tract after a series of antibiotics. I have never done that myself.
I used to put a sprinkle of baking soda on Cameo’s meat to reduce acidity in her stomach which can occur when the kidneys are not up to snuff.

Why would you be using acidophiles to treat CRF? If it is for stomach upset, I think you would do better using the plain (not extra strength) Pepcid A/C. Quarter the tablet and give 1/4 tab once each day.
