You can eat the yogurt concurrently with antibiotics. Probiotics, either taken in capsule or caplet form or as live-culture yogurt, are now commonly used concurrently with antibiotics.

It will help anyway. When an opening appears on the lining you want to have the good culture there to take up the spot otherwise you leave it open for anyone else. Yes of course it will not stay but that is why you keep eating it.

Yes, you should be taking probiotics while you are taking antibiotics, as well as at least a week afterwards. Be sure to take the probiotics a few hours before or after the antibiotic dose.
Although better than nothing, yogurt does not contain enough probiotics.
Here are some good brands of probiotics:http://www.theralac.com/http://biokplus.com/en/http://florastor.com/ (A beneficial yeast, not bacteria, so it can be taken at the same time or near the antibiotic dose).
