My 2 month old has bad colic and I was recommended infant probiotics. Has anyone else used this for your baby? And if so , how often did you give it to them? I have bought a box with individual packets, I’m wondering if I’m supposed to give them one packet a day or a packet with each bottle feeding. (It doesn’t tell you in the instructions)

  1. My baby falls asleep smiling :) says:

I bought baby biotics in a bottle & it came with a little scoop where I’d give it to him twice a day with a bit of water, sorry can’t help with yours, maybe ask the shop where you bought it from? All probiotics should be kept refrigerated, just incase you weren’t aware. Hope they help!

Read the box if you still have it..that safest..
and they put it in formula so it is safe and very good for them it helps with digesting! im sure that it would be once a day. not every bottle that would be a bit much but you never no just depends on how much and what the box says if you cant find it on the box call and ask ur babys doctor he can tell you.

Do you breastfeed? breast milk has natural probiotics in it and you wouldn’t need to add anything else.
As far as how much to give I would google the site and see what the sites recommendation. I can’t believe that the box doesn’t have a dosage guideline on it.
